Good Evening David,

As I pondered what feedback I could give you as a facilitators I began to well up reflecting on 2 words playing over and over in my head. The 2 words I'll give you in a moment.

My Facilitator Feedback

1. Vision driven

2. You challenge me to think outside the box.

3. You motivate me to think of and implement ways to improve the way I Facilitate.

4. You encourage me and others on the call to think about our service to God and others.

5. You are consistent in your messaging whether its soul winning, or encouraging the class to encourage others.

6. You are always on top of making sure the gaps are filled during class and making everyone feel welcome.

7. You are always looking for ways to self-improve.

Class always ends with marching orders and them knowing that we care because of your closing remarks.

Our Facilitator Family meetings are extremely productive because of the line items you bring to the table. I say family because we fuss a bit and disagree, but I can say... I always walk away motivated. Why? Because we love God's children and each other. We all know this work is the purpose of our existence.

So never stop encouraging us to improve the class or suggesting ways to get the class more engaged/involved. Continue to be patient as we continue perfecting and fine tuning our efforts. God sees us and will guide us to the souls we need to cultivate with prayer.

David, you remain an answered prayer for this work and if I have ever made you question that. Please except my deepest sincerest apologies.
